Common use of Subcontractors and Subconsultants Clause in Contracts

Subcontractors and Subconsultants. In performing the Services and to see them to a timely, efficient, and cost-effective completion, the CONSULTANT shall have the right to employ other firms, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and so forth (Subconsultants). While the CITY shall make no demand that the CONSULTANT hire any particular Subconsultant for any specific Project, by acquiescing to or accepting a Subconsultant hired by the CONSULTANT, the CITY does not guarantee or warrant the reliability or effectiveness of that entity's services.
