Common use of Subcontractor Clause in Contracts

Subcontractor. Developer shall require its Subcontractor(s), if any, to procure and maintain Commercial General Liability Insurance, Automobile Liability Insurance, and Excess Liability Insurance (if Subcontractor elects to satisfy, in part, the insurance required herein by procuring and maintaining an Excess Liability Insurance Policy) with minimum limits at least equal to the amount required of Developer except where smaller minimum limits are permitted as set forth below.

Subcontractor. Developer shall require its Subcontractor(s), if any, to procure and maintain Commercial General Liability Insurance, Automobile Liability Insurance, and Excess Liability Insurance (if Subcontractor elects to satisfy, in part, the insurance required herein by procuring and maintaining an Excess Liability Insurance Policy) with minimum limits at least equal to the amount required of the Developer except where smaller minimum limits are permitted as set forth below.

Developer shall require its Subcontractor(s), if any, to procure and maintain Commercial General Liability Insurance, Automobile Liability Insurance, and Excess Umbrella Liability Insurance (if Subcontractor elects to satisfy, in part, the insurance required herein by procuring and maintaining an Excess Liability Insurance Policy) with minimum limits at least equal to as appropriate and required by the amount required of Developer except where smaller minimum limits are permitted as set forth belowDeveloper.

Subcontractor. Developer shall require its Subcontractor(s), if any, to procure and maintain Commercial General Liability Insurance, Automobile Liability Insurance, and Excess Liability Insurance (if Subcontractor elects to satisfy, in part, the insurance required herein by procuring and maintaining an Excess Liability Insurance Policy) with minimum limits at least equal to the amount required of Developer except where smaller minimum limits are permitted as set forth below. For Commercial General Liability coverage, subcontractors shall provide coverage with a form at least as broad as CG 20 38 04 13.
