Common use of Subcontractor Clause in Contracts

Subcontractor. A contractor and/or supplier who is under contract with Developer or with any other subcontractor, regardless of tier, to perform a portion of the Work of the Project.

Subcontractor. The term Subcontractor means a Subcontractor or its authorized representative.

For purposes of these General Conditions Subcontractors include, but are not limited to, those that are obligated as parties to a contract with the Contractor to specially fabricate and install a portion of the Project Work of according to the ProjectTechnical Specifications and/or Project Plans.
