Common use of Subcontractor Clause in Contracts

Subcontractor. A contractor and/or supplier who is under contract with Developer or with any other subcontractor, regardless of tier, to perform a portion of the Work of the Project.

Subcontractor. Subcontractor. Construction Manager shall be solely responsible for and have control over the subcontractors.

Subcontractor. A contractor and/or supplier who is under Subcontractor means any person, firm or entity providing services, other than professional or consulting services which has a direct contract with Developer DESIGN- BUILDER or with any other subcontractor, regardless subcontractor for the performance of tier, to perform a portion any part of the DESIGN- BUILDER’S obligations in providing and performing the Work for which DESIGN- BUILDER is contractually obligated, responsible and liable under the Contract. Each subcontractor shall possess all applicable valid and current trade licenses and all licenses necessary for the performance of the ProjectWork.

Subcontractor. A contractor and/or supplier who is under An individual, firm or corporation having a direct contract with Developer CONTRACTOR or with any other subcontractor, regardless Subcontractor for the performance of tier, to perform a portion part of the Work of at the Projectsite.

Subcontractor. A contractor and/or supplier who is under An individual or entity having a direct contract with Developer CONTRACTOR or with any other subcontractor, regardless Subcontractor for the performance of tier, to perform a portion part of the Work of at the ProjectSite.

Subcontractor. A contractor and/or supplier who is under An individual, firm, or corporation having a direct contract with Developer the Contractor or with any other subcontractor, regardless Subcontractor for the performance of tier, to perform a portion part of the Work at the site or for the furnishing of the Projectmaterials or equipment.

Subcontractor. A contractor and/or supplier who is under Any person, partnership or corporation which has a contract with Developer the Contractor to furnish labor, material or with any other subcontractor, regardless of tier, to perform a portion equipment as part of the Work of the ProjectWork.
