Common use of Subcontractor Overhead and Profit Clause in Contracts

Subcontractor Overhead and Profit. Adjustment of the Contract Sum on account of a change in Subcontractor-performed Work shall include the Subcontractor’s aggregate overhead and profit allowance equal to 15 percent of the sum of the Subcontractor’s costs described under Sections 7.7.2.2 through 7.7.2.8 that are associated with that changed Work.
