Contractor shall not allow any subcontractors to commence work on any subcontract until they have provided evidence satisfactory to the District that they have secured all insurance required under this section. Policies of commercial general liability insurance provided by such subcontractors shall be endorsed to name the District as an additional insured using ISO form CG 20 38 04 13 or an endorsement providing the exact same coverage.
