Subcontracted Administrative Functions. (A) In the event that the Contractor has entered into a Subcontract with an entity that will be performing administrative functions that are significant and material to the Contractor’s obligations under this Contract, the Contractor shall ensure that Subcontractor does not have a prohibited affiliation of the type described in Section 6.3.1(A)(1), (2), and (3).
