SUBCONTRACT CLOSEOUT. Seller agrees to submit its final invoice within 30 days of completion of the work. Seller shall submit a FINAL invoice bearing the statement, “FINAL INVOICE””. Buyer may unilaterally close-out this subcontract if Seller fails to submit the close-out documentation within the specified time period.
