Subcommittee. A subcommittee of the SOC, the Implementation Subcommittee implements goals, strategies, and outcomes approved by the SOC. The Implementation Subcommittee’s key responsibilities are to: operationalize the Parties’ Program implementation and coordination strategies, including to meet KPIs identified by the SOC; monitor progress towards set measurable goals and outcomes described in Exhibit 1 and practice continuous quality improvement; and review the Parties’ compliance with and offer recommendations to the City Administrator and the County Chief Operating Officer regarding the data reporting system described in Section 6.5.
Subcommittee. City shall make a good faith effort to provide a schedule to Owner one year in advance, and in any case shall provide such schedule to Owner as soon as reasonably possible in advance of the applicable time period for the City Content Allocation, but in no case shall this be less than one (1) month in advance.
Subcommittee. The Steering Committee shall establish an IP Subcommittee (the "IP Subcommittee") which shall have four members (or such other even number as the Parties may mutually agree from time to time), with each Party selecting fifty percent of the members. Members of the IP Subcommittee shall be patent attorneys or others experienced in intellectual property law. The IP Subcommittee shall be responsible for overseeing activities described in Article 10.
Subcommittee. The Long-Term Leave Subcommittee shall consist of five (5) members. The members shall be appointed annually by the Association. Subcommittee. The parties agree to the establishment of a subcommittee, equally seated and comprised of three (3) representatives appointed by the District and three (3) representatives appointed by the unions’ party to this Agreement through the auspices of the HBC.
Subcommittee. As needed, MTIA and Echo may establish subcommittees and other working groups that will report to the JSC (each being a “Subcommittee”), to further the objectives of this Agreement.

1. Up to three bargaining unit members released with pay for four subcommittee meetings (up to one-half day each) during Year 1 of the Agreement. The Court shall identify up to three management representatives for the subcommittee.
2. The joint subcommittee shall address Courtroom Clerk issues including the 2018 consultant review of Courtroom Clerk job classification.
3. The joint subcommittee shall make a recommendation to the parties for a side letter of agreement.
