Common use of Subcommittee Clause in Contracts

Subcommittee. The Short-Term Leave Subcommittee shall consist of five (5) members. The members shall be appointed annually by the Association. In addition, a vice president for Instruction or designee shall serve as an ex-officio member without voting rights.
