Common use of Subaward Document Deliverables Clause in Contracts

Subaward Document Deliverables. 9.20.1 Prior to the execution of this Subaward and throughout the entire term of this Subaward, Subrecipient shall obtain and maintain current and appropriate licenses, permits and certificates which are required by all applicable County, State and/or Federal laws, regulations, guidelines, Program memoranda and directives for the operation of its facility(ies) and for the provision of Services hereunder. Prior to the execution of this Subaward and annually thereafter (or as otherwise established by County), Subrecipient shall submit evidence/documentation (Subaward Document Deliverables) of its compliance with this requirement in the form and manner that is prescribed by County.
