SUB-LETTING. Sub-letting is an arrangement where a tenant leases out a room or space to someone who isn’t listed on the lease. Residents at UniLodge Park Central cannot grant other person/s a license to occupy or use the whole or part of the premises, whether by written or verbal agreement with the other person/s. Any violation of this subletting clause will be considered a breach of contract and will result in a $500 fine imposed on the resident.
