SUB-LETTING. The custom ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall not sublet, transfer or assign the contract or any part thereof without the previous written approval of the Corporation. In the event of the custom ▇▇▇▇▇▇ contravening these conditions, the Corporation shall be entitled to place the contract elsewhere on the custom ▇▇▇▇▇▇ account and at his risk and the custom ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall be liable for any loss or damage which the Corporation may sustain in consequence or arising out of such replacing of the contract.
