Sub-Contractor’s Insurance Sample Clauses
The Sub-Contractor’s Insurance clause requires the sub-contractor to obtain and maintain specific insurance coverage for the duration of their work on a project. Typically, this includes policies such as public liability, workers’ compensation, and insurance for equipment or materials used on site. By mandating these protections, the clause ensures that risks associated with accidents, injuries, or property damage are financially covered, thereby safeguarding both the sub-contractor and the main contractor from potential liabilities.
Sub-Contractor’s Insurance. Contractor shall ensure that its sub-Contractors are covered by insurance of the types required by this Agreement, and that the amount of insurance for each sub-Contractor is appropriate for that sub-Contractor Work. Contractor shall not allow any sub-Contractor to commence Work on its subcontract until the insurance has been obtained, and approved by the CSU.
Sub-Contractor’s Insurance. Contractor shall require all sub-Contractors to obtain, maintain, and keep in force during the time for which they are engaged in performing work hereunder, adequate coverage and furnish Company acceptable evidence of such insurance upon request. All policies shall be endorsed to provide a waiver of subrogation in favor of Company.
Sub-Contractor’s Insurance. The Operator will ensure that, where applicable, its Sub-Contractor(s) will obtain and maintain in effect adequate insurance policies for their personnel and vehicles and for work executed by them under the Contract, unless such Sub-Contractors are covered by the policies obtained by the Operator, pursuant to Article 13.1.
Sub-Contractor’s Insurance. The Supplier must ensure that its sub- contractors have the benefit of, or effect and maintain insurances similar to, the Supplier Insurances required to be effected by the Supplier.
Sub-Contractor’s Insurance. The Consultant will provide in its agreements with its Sub-contractors insurance clauses in the same form as in this Agreement. Upon request, the Consultant will deposit with the City’s Project Manager detailed certificates of insurance for the policies of its Sub-contractors (or copies of the policy(ies) themselves, if requested) and a copy of the applicable insurance clauses from its Sub- contractor agreements.
Sub-Contractor’s Insurance. 11.1 Supplier and/or independent/sub-contractor, if applicable, shall maintain all necessary insurance coverage, including public, product and auto liabilities and worker’s compensation insurance. The liability policies shall contain minimum limits of EUR 2 million per occurrence with an aggregate of EUR 5 million and, with respect to worker’s compensation insurance, shall contain the limits required by applicable law. Supplier shall upon request provide a certificate to Buyer evidencing such insurance coverage.
11.2 Supplier authorizes Buyer to pursue all compensation claims under the abovementioned insurances.
Sub-Contractor’s Insurance. In respect of any Sub-Contractor or in respect of the use by a Sub-contractor of Construction Equipment, the Contractor's obligation to insure itself shall be satisfied by the Sub-Contractor having effected such insurance endorsed as required by Article 9 of the EPC Contract but the Contractor shall require such Sub-Contractor to provide to the Company or the Company's representative when required all such policies and receipts for payment of the premium or satisfactory evidence of insurance cover.
