Sub-Contractor Agreements. An agreement between a Contractor and Sub-Contractor (Sub-Contractor Agreement) for the purposes of clause 7.1 must require the Sub- Contractor to comply with clauses 5, 6, 7, 13, 14 and 15 to the fullest extent applicable.
