Common use of Study Report Clause in Contracts

Study Report. The Feasibility Study report shall provide the following information: (a) a preliminary identification of any circuit breaker short circuit capability limits that may be exceeded as a result of the interconnection; (b) a preliminary identification of any thermal overload or voltage limit violations that may result from the interconnection; and (c) a preliminary description and non-binding estimate of the cost of facilities required to interconnect the Generating Facility to the IPA Switchyard and to address any identified short circuit and power flow issues.
