Common use of Study Report Clause in Contracts

Study Report. The System Impact Study report shall provide the following information: (a) identification of any circuit breaker short circuit capability limits that may be exceeded as a result of the interconnection; (b) identification of any thermal overload or voltage limit violations that may result from the interconnection; (c) identification of any instability or inadequately damped response to system disturbances resulting from the interconnection; (d) identification of any magnitude and impacts of harmonics resulting from the interconnection; (e) if required by IPA, identification of any impacts of subsynchronous resonance (SSR) resulting from the interconnection; and (f) description and non-binding estimate of the cost of facilities (including, at the option of IPA, Network Upgrades) required to interconnect the Generating Facility to the IPA Switchyard and to address any identified short circuit, stability and power flow issues.
