Study area and available data. The study area (1.7 km2) is the lower part of the Briga catchment (Fig. 3.1) located in the Xxxxxxx province, along the Ionian coast of Sicily (Italy). On 1 October 2009, the area was hit by a high intensity storm with more than 220 mm of rain in 7 hours measured at the St. Xxxxxxx xx Xxxxx rain gauge (Xxxxxxx and Xxxxx 2011). The rainfall event triggered more than 1000 shallow landslides, mainly shallow soil slides and debris flows, in an area of about 60 km2. Landslides and inundation caused 37 fatalities, numerous injured people and severe damages in the affected villages and along the transportation network. After the event, for the test area the following thematic data were prepared: (i) a detailed and accurate landslide inventory map at 1:10,000; (ii) two land-use maps and (iii) a Very High- Resolution DEM (1 m × 1 m).

Study area and available data. A landslide susceptibility model at regional scale was prepared for the Umbria region where high quality landslide inventory map was available. The main landslide types, considered in the inventory are shallow and deep-seated slides. The Umbria region extends for 8,464 km2 in central Italy (Fig. 3.7) with elevation ranging from 38 m along the Nera River flood plain to 2448 m on the Sibillini chain (“Cima del Redentore” mount). In this region, the landscape is hilly or mountainous, with large open valleys and intra mountain basins drained by the Tiber River and its tributaries. The climate is Mediterranean and rainfall occurs mostly from October to December and from March to May. In the area, sedimentary rocks, pertaining to the Umbria- Marche stratigraphic sequence, Lias to Eocene in age, overlaid by lake deposits, lower Pliocene to Quaternary in age, and by fluvial deposits of recent age (Servizio Geologico D’Italia, 1980) crop out.   • Access to Records – Files; Confidential Information Contractor shall maintain all books, documents, papers and records relating to the Agreement for at least seven years following completion of the project. Contractor shall maintain any other records pertinent to this Agreement in such a manner as to clearly document Contractor’s performance. City, state and federal government, and their duly authorized representatives shall have access to the books, documents, papers and records of the Contractor which are directly pertinent to the specific Agreement for the purpose of making audit, examination, excerpts and transcript. Contractor agrees that all files or other documents generated or in the possession of Contractor related to Contractor's delivery of service are the property of the City and shall be available to the City upon request. Contractor understands the nature of project/projects means that Contractor may be privy to information that is confidential, proprietary or sensitive in nature, which information shall not be disclosed to any third person or entity without the consent of the City of Bend or at the City's direction, either during the term of this Agreement or after its termination. Likewise, any analysis or commentary provided by Contractor of a confidential or sensitive nature shall not be released or disclosed to any person without the consent or direction of the City.

  • Accessibility of Web-Based Information and Applications For State Agency Authorized User Acquisitions: Any web-based information and applications development, or programming delivered pursuant to the contract or procurement, will comply with New York State Enterprise IT Policy NYS-P08-005, Accessibility of Web-Based Information and Applications as follows: Any web-based information and applications development, or programming delivered pursuant to the contract or procurement, will comply with New York State Enterprise IT Policy NYS-P08- 005, Accessibility of Web-Based Information and Applications as such policy may be amended, modified or superseded, which requires that state agency web-based information and applications are accessible to persons with disabilities. Web-based information and applications must conform to New York State Enterprise IT Policy NYS-P08-005 as determined by quality assurance testing. Such quality assurance testing will be conducted by the State Agency Authorized User and the results of such testing must be satisfactory to the Authorized User before web-based information and applications will be considered a qualified deliverable under the contract or procurement.

  • Detailed Sales Data Contractor shall also report detailed sales data by: (1) state; (2) entity/customer type, e.g. local government, higher education, K12, non-profit; (3) Purchasing Entity name; (4) Purchasing Entity bill-to and ship-to locations; (4) Purchasing Entity and Contractor Purchase Order identifier/number(s); (5) Purchase Order Type (e.g. sales order, credit, return, upgrade, determined by industry practices); (6) Purchase Order date; (7) Ship Date; (8) and line item description, including product number if used. The report shall be submitted in any form required by the solicitation. Reports are due on a quarterly basis and must be received by the Lead State and NASPO ValuePoint Cooperative Development Team no later than thirty (30) days after the end of the reporting period. Reports shall be delivered to the Lead State and to the NASPO ValuePoint Cooperative Development Team electronically through a designated portal, email, CD- ROM, flash drive or other method as determined by the Lead State and NASPO ValuePoint. Detailed sales data reports shall include sales information for all sales under Participating Addenda executed under this Master Agreement.   • Access to Customer Data You agree that we may, for the purposes of providing Maintenance and Customer Support and/or for the purpose of otherwise protecting the integrity of the Software, access and/or download your Customer Data on a limited basis.

  • Prohibition Against Selecting and Installing Products Containing Hazardous Materials The Contractor shall not select, install or otherwise incorporate any products or materials containing Hazardous Materials within the boundaries of the Site. Should the Contractor or any Subcontractors have knowledge that, or believe that, an item, component, material, substance, or accessory within a product or assembly selected by the Contractor or any Subcontractor may contain Hazardous Materials it is the Contractor’s responsibility to secure a written certification from the manufacturer of any suspected material which identifies the specific Hazardous Material(s) contained, together with the Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for such materials which shall be submitted to the Owner and Design Professional.

  • Access to Software Access Rights to Software which is Results shall comprise: Access to the Object Code; and, where normal use of such an Object Code requires an Application Programming Interface (hereafter API), Access to the Object Code and such an API; and, if a Party can show that the execution of its tasks under the Project or the Exploitation of its own Results is technically or legally impossible without Access to the Source Code, Access to the Source Code to the extent necessary.
