STUDENT TUITION. Members who have legal custody of a student shall be entitled to enroll such student in the Northeastern School District with no tuition cost to the member through the District’s open enrollment policy. Should space through open enrollment not be available, the member shall be entitled to enroll such student with no tuition cost to the member provided such enrollment occurs before the first day of the applicable school year. Transportation will be the same as other students.

STUDENT TUITION. Members of the bargaining unit who are not residents of the Greenon Local School District jurisdiction may enroll their children in the Greenon Local Public School System tuition free through open enrollment. If open enrollment is not available, then members of the bargaining unit who are not residents of the Greenon Local School District jurisdiction may enroll their children in the Greenon Local Public School System tuition free for instruction that is provided in the Greenon Local School buildings.
STUDENT TUITION. All employees residing outside the District who desire to have their children attend Oberlin Schools shall, so long as Board policy permits open enrollment, apply for their children to be admitted under open enrollment. In the event Board policy is changed and open enrollment is not permitted, employees shall be exempt from paying tuition for their children to attend Oberlin Schools, regardless of their legal residence.
