Inbound Interactions Clause Samples
The 'Inbound Interactions' clause defines the rules and procedures governing how external parties may communicate with or access the services, systems, or personnel of the contracting organization. Typically, this clause outlines acceptable channels for contact, the types of requests or data that can be submitted, and any authentication or security requirements that must be met by third parties. Its core practical function is to manage and control external engagement, thereby protecting the organization from unauthorized access, security risks, or operational disruptions.
