Common use of Student Responsibility Clause in Contracts

Student Responsibility. 2.8.1. It is the interested student’s responsibility to ensure that they meet the requirements for admission to Phase I as specified in Sections 4.1, 4.2 and Section 4.3 and that they are properly enrolled in the Early Acceptance Program.
