Common use of Student Exchanges Clause in Contracts

Student Exchanges. In each academic year during the term of this Agreement, each university may send undergraduate and postgraduate students (including both Master and Ph.D. students), to be enrolled at the host university. Two students exchanging for one semester are equivalent to one student for an academic year. Each Student participating in the Student Exchange Program under the terms of this Agreement shall be enrolled at the host university for no more than one (1) academic year, unless agreed otherwise by the Parties in individual cases. The basic number of exchange students per academic year is two (2) for full-year exchange or four (4) for single-semester exchange or a mix of both. Each year the Parties shall confirm the number of students participating in the Student Exchange Program in the respective academic year, in order to ensure that a balance is achieved.
