Common use of Student Discipline and Dismissal Clause in Contracts

Student Discipline and Dismissal. The School shall comply with the Minnesota Pupil Fair Dismissal Act (MPFDA), Minnesota Statutes sections 121A.40 to 121A.575. The school board shall provide to Osprey Wilds its approved discipline policy and procedure consistent with MPFDA within 120 days of the effective date of this Contract.
