Structural Support. For the benefit of the Properties, reciprocal easements of vertical and/or horizontal support. Such easements may include (but are not necessarily limited to), those set forth in this Section. (i) If the Garage Site does not include the land on which the Garage will be constructed (and such land instead is part of the Wrap Building Site), then, for the benefit of the Garage Property, an easement for support by such land, together with: (A) the right to retain the Garage in its location once construction of the Garage Project is complete; and (B) the right to replace all or any portion of the Garage on such land. (ii) For the benefit of the Properties, easements for: (A) attachment of the Wrap Building to the Garage (or the Garage to the Wrap Building, as applicable) in accordance with the applicable Final Plans; (B) creation of pedestrian connections between the Garage and the Wrap Building in accordance with the applicable Final Plans; and (C) maintaining such attachments and pedestrian connections in place. (iii) For the benefit of the Wrap Building Property, easements for: (A) vertical and horizontal support from the Garage; and (B) installing, maintaining in place, and using residential amenities on the roof of the Garage in accordance with the Final Plans for the Wrap Building Project;
