Structural Engineering. Consultant must be registered in the State of California as a professional structural engineer for work requiring a structural engineer’s seal. Civil engineers registered in the State of California may perform structural engineering work allowed by the California Business and Professions Code. Consultant shall provide experienced personnel, equipment and facilities to perform the following tasks.
