Common use of Strikes Clause in Contracts

Strikes. The Union recognizes that strikes by public employees are prohibited by Act 336, Public Acts of 1947, as amended by Act 379, Public Acts of 1965, and agrees that it will comply with said Act as well as all other Federal, State and local laws affecting this Agreement.
