Common use of Strike Prohibited Clause in Contracts

Strike Prohibited. Neither the Association nor any of its officers, agents or County employees shall instigate, promote, encourage, sponsor, engage in or condone any strike, picketing, slowdown, concerted work stoppage or any other intentional interruption of work during the term of the Agreement.
