Street Sweeper Sample Clauses

The Street Sweeper clause establishes requirements and responsibilities for the cleaning and maintenance of streets or roadways affected by a project or activity. Typically, it obligates a contractor or responsible party to regularly remove debris, dirt, or construction materials from public or private streets adjacent to the work site, often specifying the frequency and standards for such cleaning.
