Common use of Street Lighting Clause in Contracts

Street Lighting. After the Property has been developed according to the requirements of the City’s Subdivision Ordinance and has been formally accepted by the City, the City will assume responsibility for paying the electric company’s monthly bill for those street lights which conform to the City’s street light policy.
