Common use of Stratford District Council Clause in Contracts

Stratford District Council. This Triennial Agreement is binding on all local authorities of the Manawatū-Whanganui Region. It is recognised that for Non-primary Signatories, the degree of involvement in the actions required under "B. Communication and Coordination" and "D. Form" will be in proportion to the degree to which these parties are affected by decisions, issues, proposals or other matters, as determined by the Non-primary Signatories.
