The recommendations in this staff report supports the Strategic Priority of Infrastructure and the focus area of Continue to maintain and improve the conditions of Roads, Water, Storm Drains, Parks, Municipal Facilities, and Main Street Moves infrastructure. Work completed under the on-call professional services agreements is funded through existing appropriations for specific Capital Projects, or under other operational budgets.
