Storage Site. The CONTRACTOR must secure a storage area of a size adequate to accommodate equipment, vehicles, and materials for the period of performance of the agreement. The storage site must be approved by the River Authority.
Storage Site. The Construction Manager shall furnish, at its expense, properly zoned area suitable for field offices, material storage and equipment service and storage, as applicable for the Project. The Construction Manager shall maintain these areas in a clean, orderly condition so as not to cause of nuisance in the area and shall restore the storage areas to its original or better condition.
Storage Site. The Operator will provide a minimum of one accessible storage site which is approved by the Biosolids Program Manager or her/his designated representative and meets all regulatory requirements. One storage site may be used for more than one land application site. The storage site(s) will be used primarily during dry weather. Access to the farm storage site shall be provided by the Operator. Access shall mean providing residual hauling vehicles with a route into and out of the storage site(s), i.e., opening a fence, allowing passage through a private roadway, etc.
Storage Site. The Contractor shall furnish and maintain a suitable storage site and proper storage conditions which must be approved in advance by DFD’s Project Representative. The site must be within the State of Wisconsin.
Storage Site. The Participant shall convey to DOE by General Warranty Deed, for and in consideration of the sum of one (1) dollar, a parcel of land from its Maywood site, which shall be used by DOE as the storage site for the project work. This conveyance shall occur following the DOE acceptance of Participant’s offer to sell in accordance with the terms of the said offer, as described in Appendix B, annexed hereto and made a part hereof.
