Sale of Goods The Hirer shall, if selling goods on the premises, comply with Fair Trading Laws and any code of practice used in connection with such sales. In particular, the Hirer shall ensure that the total prices of all goods and services are prominently displayed, as shall be the organiser’s name and address and that any discounts offered are based only on Manufacturers’ Recommended Retail Prices.
Procurement of Goods and Services (a) If the HSP is subject to the procurement provisions of the BPSAA, the HSP will abide by all directives and guidelines issued by the Management Board of Cabinet that are applicable to the HSP pursuant to the BPSAA.
Release of Goods 1. Each Party shall adopt or maintain simplified customs procedures for the efficient release of goods in order to facilitate trade between the Parties and reduce costs for importers and exporters.
Description of Goods As ordered by each JBE under a Participating Addendum, Contractor shall provide to the JBEs the following products, goods, materials, and supplies (“Goods”) free and clear of all liens, claims, and encumbrances, and in accordance with this Agreement:

Description of Goods; Sale and Delivery Seller shall sell, transfer, and deliver to Buyer the goods described on the Description/Proposal attached hereto and made a part of as Exhibit "A" subject to such terms as are set forth in the Description/Proposal and in this Agreement.

Minimum Shipping Requirements for TIPS Sales Vendor shall ship, deliver, or provide ordered goods and services within a commercially reasonable time after acceptance of the order. If a delay in delivery is anticipated, Vendor shall notify the TIPS Member as to why delivery is delayed and provide an updated estimated time for completion. The TIPS Member may cancel the order if the delay is not commercially acceptable or not consistent with the Supplemental Agreement applicable to the order.
Restriction on Resales If the Company or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates (as defined in Rule 144 under the 0000 Xxx) shall redeem, purchase or otherwise acquire any Registrable Security or any Exchange Security which is a “restricted security” within the meaning of Rule 144 under the 1933 Act, the Company will deliver or cause to be delivered such Registrable Security or Exchange Security, as the case may be, to the Trustee for cancellation and neither the Company nor any of its subsidiaries or affiliates will hold or resell such Registrable Security or Exchange Security or issue any new Security or Exchange Security to replace the same.
Identification of Goods Identification of the goods shall not be deemed to have been made until both Buyer and Seller have agreed that the goods in question are to be appropriate to the performance of this Agreement.
