Stock Exchange Consents. Any action provided for in this Indenture requiring the prior consent of any stock exchange upon which the Common Shares or Warrants, as applicable, may be listed shall not be completed until the requisite consent is obtained.

Stock Exchange Consents. Any action provided for in this Indenture requiring the prior consent of the Exchange or over-the- counter market on which the Common Shares are then listed or quoted, as the case may be, shall not be completed until the requisite consent of the Exchange or over-the-counter market on which the Common Shares are then listed or quoted, as the case may be, is obtained. The Warrant Agent is entitled to assume that all such required consents have been obtained unless it has been otherwise notified in writing by the Corporation.
