Requisite Consent definition

Requisite Consent has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 4.II(z).
Requisite Consent means all permissions, consents, approvals, certificates, permits, licences, statutory agreements and authorisations required by the law and all necessary consents and agreements from third parties to carry out the Work in accordance with this Contract.

More Definitions of Requisite Consent

Requisite Consent means the prior written consent of each of the Sponsors, for so long as such Sponsor holds at least ten (10%) of the shares of Ordinary Shares then outstanding.
