Stipend. Resident will receive a stipend per annum payable bi-weekly, paid at the R level. The University will make appropriate deductions from the Resident’s stipend for such items as FICA, federal, state and city withholding taxes, as well as any state disability insurance premiums, PERS, or pension system. This will be the Resident’s sole source of compensation under this Agreement. Resident will not accept a fee of any kind for services to patients from any other source for the professional activity within the Program, unless approved in writing by the ▇▇▇▇ of the College of Medicine and Life Sciences.
