STIF Plan Period Reconciliation. Within 30 days of the end of an approved STIF Plan period, TriMet shall reconcile disbursements made to Subrecipient against the Subrecipient’s reported expenditures. If disbursements are found to exceed the expenditures, the amount may be carried forward by the Subrecipient into the next STIF Formula Fund Cycle provided that the Commission approves of the funding plan any funds carried forward.
