STEP TWO – COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR. If the grievance is not resolved in Step 1, the grievance shall be reduced to writing stating the complete facts of the complaint, the Section(s) of the Agreement allegedly violated and the relief requested. The grievance shall be dated and signed by the employee or by the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ of the Union. Such written grievance shall be presented personally (or mailed by certified mail, return receipt requested) to the County Administrator within ten (10) calendar days after the expiration of the time to settle the grievance in Step 1. The grievance shall specifically state the basis upon why the grievance was improperly denied in Step 1 in the grievance procedure. The County Administrator shall have ten (10) calendar days in which to attempt to settle the grievance or to respond to the grievance.
