Common use of Step Three Clause in Contracts

Step Three. If the grievance is not resolved at Step Two, the Grievance Committee shall submit the grievance to the Xxxx of the Faculty in question within seventeen calendar days of the date of the Step Two reply. The Xxxx or their designated representative shall convene a meeting to discuss the grievance within fourteen calendar days of the receipt of the grievance and shall give their reply, in writing, within ten calendar days after that meeting.

Step Three. If the grievance is not resolved at Step Two, the Grievance Committee shall submit the grievance to the Xxxx of the Faculty faculty in question within seventeen calendar days of the date of the Step Two reply. Step Three. If the grievance is not resolved at Step Two, the Grievance Committee shall submit the grievance to the Xxxx of the Faculty in question or to the Director of Academic Computing where the grievance concerns the Computer Centre Advisors, within seventeen calendar days of the date of the Step Two reply. The Xxxx or their her designated representative representative, or the Director of Academic Computing, where appropriate, shall convene a meeting to discuss the grievance within fourteen calendar days of the receipt of the grievance and shall give their her reply, in writing, within ten fourteen calendar days after that meeting.

Step Three. If the grievance is not resolved at Step Two, the Grievance Committee griev‐ ance committee shall submit the grievance to the Xxxx of the Executive Director, Faculty in question Relations within seventeen calendar days of the date of the Step Two Three reply. The Xxxx Executive Director, Faculty Relations or their her designated representative shall convene a meeting to discuss the grievance within fourteen calendar days of the receipt of the grievance and shall give their her reply, in writing, within ten twenty‐one calendar days after of that meeting.
