Common use of Step Three – Request for Arbitration Clause in Contracts

Step Three – Request for Arbitration. The Union may appeal the grievance to Step Three arbitration by filing a written appeal and copy of the grievance form to the Executive Director of Human Resources within thirty (30) days of receipt of the Step Two answer or of the Step Two answer due date, whichever is earlier.
