Periodic Verification Clause Samples

The Periodic Verification clause establishes a requirement for regular checks or assessments to ensure ongoing compliance with certain standards, obligations, or conditions specified in an agreement. Typically, this involves scheduled reviews, audits, or inspections conducted at set intervals, such as quarterly or annually, to verify that parties are meeting their responsibilities. By mandating these recurring evaluations, the clause helps to identify issues early, maintain accountability, and ensure that contractual obligations are consistently fulfilled throughout the term of the agreement.
