Step One—Grievance Conference. Within seven (7) days of receipt of the written grievance by the Facility, the Union, the employee and the Facility Administrator or designated representative shall meet and attempt to resolve the matter informally. If the efforts to resolve the grievance in this manner are unsuccessful, either party may request that the matter be referred to the Adjustment Board. The request for an Adjustment Board must be made to the other party within fifteen (15) days of the receipt by the Facility of the written grievance.
