Common use of Step III Clause in Contracts

Step III. If the grievance is not settled at Step II, it may be appealed to the 6 CEO within fourteen (14) days following receipt by the grievant and the 7 Association of the written response at Step II. The parties shall meet within 8 ten (10) days of receipt of the appeal at a mutually convenient time to 9 attempt to resolve the grievance. The CEO will issue a written response to 10 the grievant and the Association within fourteen (14) days following the 11 meeting.

Step III. If the grievance is not settled at Step II, it may be appealed to the 6 CEO CEOs 23 within fourteen (14) days following receipt by the grievant and the 7 Association of the 24 written response at Step II. The parties shall meet within 8 ten (10) days of receipt of the 25 appeal at a mutually convenient time to 9 attempt to resolve the grievance. The CEO 26 will issue a written response to 10 the grievant and the Association within fourteen (14) 27 days following the 11 meeting.
