Step Four – Request for Arbitration. The Association may appeal the grievance to Step Four arbitration by filing a written appeal and copy of the grievance form to the Executive Director of Human Resources/designee within fifteen (15) days of the Step Two answer or Mediation outcome, whichever is later. The Parties shall jointly request a panel of arbitrators from the American Arbitration Association.
