Step 2: Superintendent. 35 If the matter cannot be resolved at Step 1, or if the immediate supervisor does not respond within the 36 five (5) working days referred to in Section 13.1, the grievance will be reduced to writing specifying 37 the precise section of the Agreement allegedly violated, and the facts giving rise to the grievance. A 38 representative of the Association shall meet with the Superintendent or his designee within ten (10) 39 working days, or at a mutually agreeable time, after receiving the response at Step 1. The 40 Superintendent or his designee will respond in writing within ten (10) working days of the meeting 41 with the Association representative. 42
