Statutory Notices. The Tenant must give full particulars to the Landlord of any notice, direction, order or proposal relating to the Premises made, given or issued to the Tenant by any government department or local, public, regulatory or other authority or court within 7 days of receipt, and if so requested by the Landlord must produce it to the Landlord. The Tenant must without delay take all necessary steps to comply with the notice, direction or order.
