Notice Regarding Unimproved Property Located in a Certificated Service Area. If the Property is unimproved and is located in a certificated service area of a utility service, then Seller shall give to Purchaser a written notice in compliance with §13.257 of the Texas Water Code, and Purchaser agrees to acknowledge receipt of the notice in writing. The notice must set forth the correct name of utility service provider authorized by law to provide water or sewer service to the Property, and must comply with all other applicable requirements of the Texas Water Code.
