Common use of Status Report Clause in Contracts

Status Report. The Company shall, on an annual basis, during the month preceding each anniversary of the Effective Date, provide DoITT with a report describing any construction or installation of Facilities that has occurred during the previous twelve months and the Company's reasonably anticipated plans for such construction and installation for the coming twelve months. It is understood by the parties that the Company shall have the unrestricted right to adjust such reasonably anticipated plans and such report of anticipated plans shall not restrict the Company’s rights under this Agreement to reserve space for, and install, Facilities in a manner and at locations which may not be consistent with such report of anticipated plans.
