Status Report. Recognizing that both parties may find it necessary to establish to third parties, such as accountants, banks, mortgagees, ground lessors, or the like, the then current status of performance hereunder, either party, on the request of the other made from time to time, will promptly furnish to Landlord, or the holder of any mortgage or ground lease encumbering the Premises, or to Tenant, as the case may be, a statement of the status of any matter pertaining to this Lease, including, without limitation, acknowledgment that (or the extent to which) each party is in compliance with its obligations under the terms of this Lease.
Status Report. The CONSULTANT shall complete and submit a technical summary and budgetary status report with each invoice at no additional cost to the City (format may be provided by City or CONSULTANT for each approved task order).

The parties agree to respond to any such request within ten (10) Business Days after receipt of such request.
Status Report. The Company shall, on an annual basis, during the month preceding each anniversary of the Effective Date, provide DoITT with a report describing any construction or installation of Facilities that has occurred during the previous twelve months and the Company's reasonably anticipated plans for such construction and installation for the coming twelve months. It is understood by the parties that the Company shall have the unrestricted right to adjust such reasonably anticipated plans and such report of anticipated plans shall not restrict the Company’s rights under this Agreement to reserve space for, and install, Facilities in a manner and at locations which may not be consistent with such report of anticipated plans.
Status Report. Developer will provide a regular Status Report to the City documenting its efforts related to the Project generally structured as follows:
Status Report. 5.1 On the first day of the month in which the term of this Agreement ends the CONSULTING ENGINEER shall provide a status report, in writing, of all work and projects then in process. A copy of such report shall be provided to the Mayor, and the Directors of Finance, Law and Planning.
Status Report. After execution of this Agreement and until the COD, Operator shall deliver a quarterly status report to the Company with the information set forth in Exhibit A. This status report shall be delivered to Dominion Energy North Carolina on or before the following dates each year: January 15, April 15, July 15, and October 15.
