Common use of State’s Commitments Clause in Contracts

State’s Commitments. i. The State will perform a final project inspection of the Work as a quality control/assurance activity. When all Work has been satisfactorily completed, the State will sign the FHWA Form 1212. ii. Notwithstanding any consents or approvals given by the State for the Plans, the State shall not be liable or responsible in any manner for the structural design, details or construction of any Work constituting major structures designed by, or that are the responsibility of, Local Agency, as identified in Exhibit E.
